If the source code of FIWARE's smart city platform is modified, should the source code of the legacy platform such as the IoT platform connected to the smart city platform and the source code of the front-end be open to the public as well?

If I remember correctly, the user interface source code is publicly available. I'm not completely sure it can still be made public at this time. Hope someone more knowledgeable can answer
