I'm a university Teacher and would like to teach FIWARE Technologies as part of complementary workshops. Are there any materials ready to be used? could you help me?

FIWARE is a very wide topic and all the GEs have their own documentation. You need to know what FIWARE is about and also knowing FIWARE Lab is a good preparatory step.

My suggestion is:

Get familiar with the general concepts on http://wiki.fiware.org/OverallFIWAREVision
See the 6 introductory videosembedded http://help.lab.fiware.org/ (note that there are 3 videos under "cloud")
See our offering of GEs on the catalogue(http://catalogue.fiware.org/enablers/). If you go to each GE, you'll find links to all associated resources (open specs, manuals, licenses, IPRs, ...)
Check out FIWARE Academy, the eLearning tool with specific courses (https://edu.fiware.org/)
