At least one version of the expected in September iPhone 7 could feature a storage capacity of 256 gigabytes. This was reported by Digitimes , citing industry sources. The base edition with more memory
As early as July had Wall Street Journal indicated that the iPhone 7 expected to have at least 32 gigabytes of storage. Thus, the basic version would have been used with 16 gigabytes, which has been around since the iPhone 3GS. Consequently, the iPhone 7 in versions with 32, 128 and 256 gigabytes of memory might come along. However, so far seems unclear whether the 256 Gigabyte are installed in all equipment sizes or remains restricted to the 5.5-inch version.
