A friend user (smartsdk_cicese) is no longer able to login into this Q&A platform, but we couldn't find a way to restore the password or something like that.

I didn't check the results yet, but I suggested trying the "lost my password" function of https://forge.fiware.org/account/logi...

Now, in any case, it'd be very helpful to have instructions to recover passwords from the same login page of this FIWARE Q&A. My question is, where/to whom should we report this?

Please, send an email to the list fiware-general-help at lists dot fiware dot org with your user name and we will try to send a solution. Special important is to say if it is a forge user or FIWARE Q&A user.

Any update on this regard? The user says he sent the email but still hasn't received a reply. Unfortunately, this is turning a blocking issue for many.

It was a problem in the LDAP, the issue has been resolved.
