Hello Team, I have a website which is running with Core PHP. And also we have Android APP which is getting data from this Website through APIs and it is working perfectly. But now we want to Make our Portal Cloud Enabled. So, we want to Integrate our Portal to Fiware because we have studied about Fiware. So, Please tell me the Procedure/How/ or can we use our existing Core PHP Code

When you are talking about use your existing Core PHP code in FIWARE, you want to say that you want to deploy it on a Virtual Machine inside of the FIWARE Lab cloud. If it is the case, you have to create your own Trial account in FIWARE Lab (https://account.lab.fiware.org) and go to the cloud in order to deploy your Virtual Machine.
