How can I solve this message sent to me by the fiware cloud?

Dear User,

Currently you are not authorized to use Cloud resources in any project. If you want to enjoy Cloud environment you can ask other users to share their projects with you using the Account Portal.

You can also manage your own project getting a Trial account or, if your Trial period has expired, applying for a community account following the application process.

And of course you can also use all the other FIWARE Lab capabilities in the Account Portal.

It is a typical example about the project in which you are working on. It is not authorised to use the cloud. In this case, it is due to an error in the authentication process that we had resolved during last week. Nevertheless is you have a new problem with the cloud, I recommend that you send an email to fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org which is our ticketing system to resolve those kind of problems.
