Can we integrate Sentilo Platform(http://www.sentilo.io/) and Orion context broker? is there any practise in the world?

we have some experience with sentilo, so we want to inherit these

As long as Sentilo Platform support the API provided by Orion Context Broker, that integration should be possible. Please have a look to the Orion Context Broker documentation and NGSIv2 API specification.
